My reiki sessions can be in person or remote.

Reiki is a traditional, holistic treatment that helps with physical and emotional challenges. It works beautifully as a stand alone, energy-focused treatment, helping to restore balance, or to complement other treatments, medical or otherwise.

It is a very relaxing experience, where I lightly place my hands on the seven main chakras to release excess energy and activate your own healing process.

RTT brings lasting change by addressing the root cause of an issue rather than treating the symptoms.

During the session, you will be in a relaxed state, that allows us to access your core beliefs, values and emotions that reside in your sub-conscious.

A single 90 minute session can achieve powerful results for a range of physical, psychological and emotional issues and can be applied to both children and adults.

More complex issues may take up to three sessions.
